We can never entirely overcome death anxiety, it is always there hidden somewhere in the deepest corner of our subconscious mind

Millions long for immortality who don’t know what to do with themselves on a rainy Sunday afternoon. -Susan Ertz

The way we think about death has changed a lot, and now technology is saying that death is optional and solvable.

Death was great:

Death was the only thing man was optimistic about. Sweet, gentle and kind — that can take you out of human despairs; ultimate thing that can set a man free.

It was also believed that contemplating death can improve the quality of life and bring man closer to compassion. Life is spent pursuing ultimately meaningless things so thoughts of death were used to bring up life journey and regrets to the surface of the mind and then one can enjoy the highest level of humility.

Awareness about your morality changes your relationship with the universe and bring you closer to yourself. Death was end of the sorrow and the beginning of extraordinary sense of beauty.

Death is bad

Earlier death was considered to be a part of life. Now we have broken up life into many segments, and we have started looking at death separately, and it had become a terrible thing.

Perhaps because we don’t know what happens after death, so we started thinking that it is some kind of end of the life. But our fear of death is becoming so great only because we don’t want to surrender. We should realize that it just happens so nothing different from birth. So, once you overcome the fear of death you become deathless.

Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside us while we live — Norman Cousins

But most of us think that it is a bad thing to die. Nobody wants to die anytime soon, rather nobody wants to die at all, never.

Some people die at 25 and aren’t buried until 75 — Benjamin Franklin

Death will be wrong

Can death be optional? Yes, if you have billions of dollars.
Silicon Valley’s next milestones are Curing Death and Reversing Aging

Data can make us live longer, and Artificial Intelligence based medical innovation could actually be the thing that can liberate us from death.

So, we don’t need to die. We need to work for it, we don’t need to pray.

Istvan, Trans-humanist Party candidate says Death is horrible, we need to get around it. He wants to make Americans immortal

Death never made sense to Larry Ellison, founder of Oracle; for the most famous investor Peter Thiel, death is the “great enemy” of humankind; and technology can bring the end of the death.

Death is not inevitable, it is a problem to solve and technology is solving it. You will not be confined to your carbon-based biological life, so claim your universal right to indefinite lifespan and forget about your expiry date
